Occupational First Aid Level 2, Workplace BC industrial safety training from Lifesavers First Aid Training

Course Description

This 36 hour (1 week) course is designed to provide advanced lifesaving skills to workers in industry that have quick access by the BC Ambulance service.
Successful candidates will receive the Worksafe BC Occupational First Aid Level 2 certificate.

Certification

Valid for 3 years upon successful completion of course

Admission Requirements

Be a minimum of 16 years of age to be certified.
Be in good health and physical condition
NEW! Student needs to fill out Occupational First Aid Statement of Fitness before seeing if they need a medical completed by their physician.
Provide a medical certificate of the candidate’s fitness from a physician on a form provided by the agency (that is acceptable to Worksafe BC), and signed and approved by both the physician and the student. Medical completed at the student’s expense. The medical must be provided to Lifesavers First Aid Training Ltd prior to certification.
Provide photographic identification to the Evaluator prior to issuance of a certificate
Complete the agency registration forms as well as exam application forms prior to course commencement. The forms must be completed entirely.
Provide a parent or guardian signature if under age 19.

There is no tax applicable on this course.
